Pet Memorial — A Custom Figurine Made from Your Pet's Photo

A pet memorial figurine is a keepsake made to order from a photo you provide. It is a decorative object for display, not a toy and not an item for children.

How the piece is made

You send a clear photo of your pet. We prepare a digital preview that shows how the figurine will look. You see that preview before anything is produced. You decide whether to continue after you have looked at it — there is no deadline that forces the decision.

About the likeness

A custom figurine is a hand-finished likeness shaped from your photo. It captures the look you recognise. No custom piece can match a photograph exactly, and we do not promise a perfect or one-hundred-percent resemblance.

What this is, and what it is not

This is a memorial keepsake for display. It is not a medical device and not a product for psychological therapy. It does not replace a pet, and it is not presented as a way to bring a pet back or to ease a loss through any treatment effect. It is a display keepsake, not a toy, and should be kept out of reach of young children.

Revisions and returns

Because each piece is made to order from your photo, changes are handled at the preview stage, before production begins. The return terms for made-to-order items follow the store policy. Please review the preview carefully, since a piece produced to your confirmed preview cannot be returned as a change of mind item in the same way as a stock product.

Take your time

There is no limited-time offer and no rush on this order. You can look at the digital preview, ask questions, and decide only when you are ready.
