Handover & Production
How does the "Approve Before Print" process work?
To protect your studio's reputation, we never print blindly. After you submit a photo, we generate a 3D digital rendering. We send you a private preview link. You or your client can request tweaks. We only proceed to physical production after your written approval.
What is the typical turnaround time for partner studios?
From photo submission to doorstep delivery in the USA, production takes 7-10 working days after you approve the digital preview; shipping time to the USA varies by carrier and destination. This includes modeling, design approval, printing, hand-finishing, and international express shipping.
Niche Applications
For Pet Aftercare: Is this suitable for memorial altars?
Yes. Our pet figurines are high-quality scaled-down models (usually 4-7 inches). This size is specifically chosen to fit elegantly on home mantels or memorial altars alongside urns. Our figurines are made for long-term indoor display and should be kept away from strong sunlight, heat, and moisture.
Wedding Studios: Can you handle complex dresses and veils?
Our Generative 3D Modeling specializes in capturing textures. While veils are often simplified for structural integrity in 3D printing, we focus on the silhouette, dress shape, and visible details that matter most in the reference photo.
Shipping & Logistics
Do you offer blind drop-shipping to my clients?
Absolutely. Many partners prefer we ship directly to the end client to save time. We offer white-label shipping where no PrinYou branding or pricing is included in the package, making it look like a direct extension of your studio.
Who handles international customs and duties?
For our B2B partners, we utilize express shipping channels that typically include DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) options or simplified clearance to ensure no unexpected fees for your clients upon arrival.

PrinYou figurines are decorative keepsakes and cake topper display items. They are not edible items and are not designed to be used as children's toys.

Production takes 7-10 working days after you approve the digital preview. Transit time varies by destination and carrier. Contact sales@prinyou.com for current transit estimates to your destination.

Partner program essentials

What is the minimum order?

One piece. There is no minimum order quantity, so you can add the line without holding inventory.

How are the figurines made?

Two separate methods are used: full-colour 3D printing, where colour forms during printing, and monochrome 3D printing finished with hand painting. Your order is labelled with the method used, and the two are never merged into one combined hand-painted full-colour process.

How long does an order take?

The digital preview is ready within 3-5 working days, and production takes 7-10 working days after you approve that preview.

Is the shipping white-label?

Yes. Orders ship blind in neutral packaging, with no PrinYou branding, pricing, or marketing material, direct to your end customer.

What sizes are available?

Six heights: 8, 10, 12, 15, 18 and 20 cm. For finer facial and outfit detail, 12 cm or larger is recommended; 8-10 cm suits smaller cake toppers.
