How Blind Drop-Shipping Works for White-Label Figurine Partners
Share
White-label only works if the end customer never sees the supplier's name. That is what blind drop-shipping means at PrinYou, and it is the feature gift retailers and studios ask about most.
What blind drop-shipping actually means here
When a partner order ships, it leaves our facility in neutral packaging: no PrinYou branding, no PrinYou pricing, no PrinYou marketing material inside or on the box. The parcel looks like it came from the partner's own operation.
The partner keeps the customer relationship from first click to delivery notification. PrinYou never contacts the end customer directly.
Why this matters for each partner type
Gift retailers
A shop that lists "custom figurines from your photo" on its own store can fulfil those orders without a single shelf of inventory. The packaging arriving at the customer's door carries the shop's identity, not a supplier's.
Photography and portrait studios
Session clients who order a keepsake months later receive a parcel that looks like part of the studio's service — which, commercially, it is.
Wedding planners and event studios
Couples ordering a topper through their planner experience one relationship, not three. The planner stays the single point of contact.
How the handoff works
- The partner takes the order and the client photo through their own sales process.
- The partner submits the order to PrinYou with the delivery details.
- PrinYou produces the piece after the partner approves the digital preview.
- The finished item ships in neutral packaging directly to the partner's client.
The partner never handles the product. Inventory, production and outbound logistics stay on the production side.
What partners still own
- Client communication. Previews are approved by the partner, not sent to the end customer by PrinYou.
- Pricing and margin. The partner sets the retail price.
- Expectation setting. Preview timing, production windows and material facts come from the partner using the resources on this site.
What blind drop-shipping does not cover
It does not mean anonymous. If a client contacts PrinYou directly about an order, we will refer them to the partner who placed it. And it does not remove the partner's responsibility for accurate product descriptions — the material facts on the Material & Safety page are the defensible version to pass on.

Frequently asked questions
Will the customer see any PrinYou branding?
No. Parcels ship in neutral packaging with no PrinYou branding, pricing or marketing material.
Can the partner add their own insert or card?
Discuss insert options during partner onboarding — capabilities and any constraints are confirmed per arrangement.
Who handles a damaged-in-transit claim?
Raise it through your partner contact with photos of the packaging and piece. Claims are handled case by case with the partner.
Does this work for one-off orders?
Yes. There is no minimum order, and blind drop-shipping applies the same way to a single order as to a repeat program.
Retail and studio partners evaluating a zero-inventory offer can review the full structure on the B2B partner page or start from the partner program overview.
