Estimated arrival time = 3D modeling time + modification time + printing time + transportation time
Since our products are produced through 3D modeling, the estimated delivery time after you place an order is usually around 10-30 working days.
This entirely depends on the engraving time and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Additionally, the number of changes you request will also directly affect the shipping date (each change requires an additional 1-3 business days).
Modeling time: Standard production time: 2-7 working days
We have highly skilled artists who can complete product design within a maximum of 3 working days, excluding shipping and modification time. Please specify the delivery date in your order, and we will add an urgent label to your order to ensure delivery within the time you specified.
What are the transportation time and cost?
Standard shipping: 10-20 business days, free of charge (worldwide)
Fast delivery: 5-10 working days, with additional charges
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Please note that due to customization work involved, the order may take 2-10 business days to be processed and shipped. After receiving this email, please wait for 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be updated
Please keep in mind that due to inclement weather or holidays, the delivery date may be subject to change.
Do you provide international transportation services?
We are delighted to handle international orders! Our production time remains the same, while shipping costs vary depending on the destination of the order. Depending on your country of residence, in addition to shipping fees, customs duties may also apply.
Please note: If your personalized product requires re-manufacturing, your order may be delayed. Only products that have passed the quality inspection process will be shipped. Our standard and commitment is to provide you with the perfect gift. Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or university dormitories. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed the normal delivery time.
Expedited delivery services are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
We do not provide overnight delivery service.
