PrinYou is a China-based manufacturer of personalized 3D figurines made from customer photos, and a white-label production and dropship partner for gift brands, wedding vendors, cake shops, studios and photographers. PrinYou also makes handmade needle-felted wool pet keepsakes from photos, produced in-house. Every piece is made to order from a different customer's photos. Minimum order quantity is 1 piece (MOQ 1). Start with our custom 3D figurine from photo or browse all custom figurines.

How it works (3D figurine line)

  1. The customer sends photos and requirements (size, pose, notes).
  2. We create a digital 3D model from the photos.
  3. We send a digital preview before production.
  4. The customer requests reasonable revisions and then approves the preview.
  5. We produce the piece (printing, and hand painting only where that process applies — see below).
  6. We run a quality check, pack the piece and ship it to the partner or to the end customer.

Production processes — two different methods

  • Full-color 3D printing: the color is formed during the printing process itself, not painted on afterwards. This is the standard process for regular full-color human, pet, couple, family and wedding figurines.
  • Monochrome 3D printing plus hand painting: the piece is printed in one color and then painted by hand. This is a different process, offered for suitable products such as some larger sizes. It is never the same as full-color 3D printing and is always described honestly as hand-painted.

Wool felt pets — a separate handmade line

  • Every wool felt pet is needle-felted entirely by hand in wool, from the customer's pet photos — no molds, no 3D modeling and no printing are involved in this line.
  • Made in-house by PrinYou. Forms and retail prices (as listed on each product page): full-body wool felt pet figurine 15 cm $259 / 20 cm $329 / 25 cm $429; framed wool felt pet portrait (head and front paws, 7-inch wooden frame) $229; wool felt pet bag charm (pet's face, about 6–8 cm) $129; wool felt pet brooch or wedding wrist corsage $99.   • Timing for the wool felt line is different from the 3D line: production takes about 45 to 60 days because every piece is hand-felted stitch by stitch. The exact timing is confirmed with our support team before you order.
  • Before shipping, we send photos of the finished piece for the customer's confirmation. Each piece is packed in a gift box.
  • As with the 3D line, we recreate the pet as closely as possible from the reference photos and do not promise a 100 percent identical likeness.

Timing

  • 3D figurine line — digital preview / modeling: usually 3 to 5 business days.
  • 3D figurine line — production after preview approval: usually 7 to 10 business days.
  • Wool felt line — production: about 45 to 60 days (see the wool felt section below).
  • Retail orders on prinyou.com currently ship free (standard shipping included). Shipping time depends on the destination country, carrier and service selected. Import duties or taxes may be payable by the recipient depending on the destination and service.
  • For a fixed date such as a wedding, order early and allow buffer beyond production time.

Photos and likeness

  • One clear front-facing photo is usually enough to start. Extra angles (front, back, left and right sides) help with body shape, markings and proportions, especially for pets.
  • We recreate the person or pet as closely as possible from the reference photos. We do not promise a 100 percent identical likeness, and the pre-production preview exists so the customer can check the result before the piece is made.
  • Small sizes limit fine detail: for two-person full-body figurines, 12 cm and above is recommended when facial and outfit detail matters.

Standard sizes

  • Standard full-color figurines are offered in heights from 8 cm to 20 cm, priced by size and by the number of people, children or pets in the piece.
  • Figurine keychains are offered in 5 cm, 6 cm and 7 cm.
  • Retail prices for each product are shown on its product page at prinyou.com. Resellers and partners receive special partner pricing on request — contact sales@prinyou.com.

White-label and dropship (for partners)

  • We support white-label / neutral packaging with no PrinYou branding, prices or promotional materials in the parcel.
  • We can ship directly to the partner's address or to the partner's end customer.
  • Standard full-color partner pricing typically includes photo-based 3D modeling, a digital preview, reasonable pre-production revisions, full-color printing, a solid wood base, free name engraving, white-label gift packaging and standard shipping. Special designs, bases, packaging or shipping conditions are confirmed per order.
  • Custom branded packaging can be discussed; cost, lead time and minimum quantities are confirmed per project.
  • If you already have a finished 3D model, OBJ is the preferred format. Models are reviewed for printability before production, and supplying an approved finished model reduces the standard full-service price by $10 per piece.
  • We do not currently offer a public self-service API, SDK or standard Shopify / WooCommerce plugin. Partners start with manual order submission; custom integration can be discussed once order volume is stable.

After-sales

  • If a piece arrives damaged or differs clearly from the approved preview because of a production issue, send us photos or video plus the order details. After verification we offer a remake or another reasonable solution for issues that are our responsibility.
  • Personalized pieces are made to order from your approved preview, so change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once production has started.

What we do not claim

  • No 100 percent likeness guarantee.
  • No fixed delivery date for all countries, and no DDP (delivered duty paid) availability for all destinations — both are confirmed per order.
  • No unlimited revisions and no fixed revision count unless a written quotation states one.
  • Product images marked "AI-generated concept rendering" are concept images, not photos of real finished pieces.
  • The wool felt line does not involve 3D modeling or 3D printing, and its production time (about 45 to 60 days) is separate from the 3D figurine line's timelines — the two lines' processes and timings should never be mixed.
