Programa de socios para manteles 3D personalizados, tope de pasteles y regalos de marca blanca

The PrinYou partner program is built for businesses that want a more differentiated personalized gift or keepsake offer without building internal 3D production. It is a strong fit for photography studios, cake shops, birthday bakeries, planners, memorial businesses, and retailers looking for a white-label custom figurine, cake topper, or one-photo keepsake partner.

What Partners Usually Want From a Program Like This

Most businesses do not need a huge new catalog. They need one offer that feels premium, is easy to explain, and supports better positioning than a generic commodity product. That is why this program focuses on one-photo custom keepsakes, personalized figurines, and celebration products that can live as white-label extensions of the partner brand.

The decision is usually commercial, not technical. Teams want to know whether the offer can differentiate the business, support premium pricing, and avoid operational drag.

  • Differentiation for premium customer segments.
  • Low-friction intake centered on one approved photo.
  • A white-label structure that protects the partner's brand experience.

Industries That Commonly Fit the Program

Photography studios and creator brands often use the program as a premium memory product. Cake shops and birthday bakeries often use it as a personalized topper or celebration keepsake upsell. Wedding planners can use it as a more emotionally specific add-on than generic favors, while memorial businesses and retailers can use it as a high-intent personalized product with strong display value.

These categories are different on the surface, but they share the same underlying need: a partner-managed product that starts from an emotional photo and turns it into a premium finished object.

  • Studios and photographers.
  • Cake shops, wedding cake teams, and birthday bakeries.
  • Planners, memorial businesses, retailers, and other gifting brands.

Why Clear Positioning Helps the Right Partners Find the Fit

Businesses usually decide quickly whether a program feels relevant when the audience, workflow, and business value are all stated plainly. That is especially important for niche partnerships where buyers want to understand the fit before they contact anyone.

Instead of relying on vague promises, this page explains who the program is for, how the workflow stays manageable, and why the offer can support premium positioning.

  • Explicit audience language reduces mismatch.
  • Workflow detail makes the program easier to trust.
  • Use-case wording helps partners judge fit more quickly.

What Happens After You Apply

After application, the next step is usually a fit conversation around audience, workflow, and use case. The goal is not to force the same offer on every partner. It is to align the right product story with the right business model, whether that means a cake topper partnership, a studio keepsake add-on, or a broader white-label personalized gift path.

The more clearly the business can describe its audience and order flow, the faster the partnership discussion becomes practical.

  • Share your business type and the customer moments you serve.
  • Describe the type of premium add-on or keepsake you want to introduce.
  • Review the workflow fit before expanding the offer more broadly.

Expert Q&A

Do I need to be a large business to apply?

No. Fit matters more than size. The best partners are businesses with a clear audience and a real use case for premium personalized keepsakes.

Can the program support cake toppers as well as figurines?

Yes. Cake topper and celebration use cases are one of the strongest fits for the partner model, especially for cake shops and birthday bakeries.

Why is white-label support important?

Because many businesses want the offer to feel like a natural part of their own customer journey rather than a disconnected third-party product.

The offer in plain terms

The program gives your brand a white-label keepsake and cake topper line without any in-house 3D production. PrinYou handles manufacturing and fulfilment for personalized figurines, pet and couple keepsakes, and wedding cake toppers, all built from your customers' own photographs.

Each order is a self-contained piece and there is no minimum order quantity, so you can introduce the line without holding inventory. Orders leave in neutral packaging under blind drop-shipping: no PrinYou branding, price tags, or marketing material ever reaches your end customer.

Two production methods sit behind the offer. The first is full-colour direct 3D printing, where colour is created as the object prints. The second is monochrome 3D printing completed with hand painting. We tell you which method your order uses, and the two are never presented as one combined process.

On schedule, expect a digital preview within 3-5 working days and production across 7-10 working days after you approve the preview. Sizes span 8, 10, 12, 15, 18 and 20 cm; 12 cm and above gives the most facial and outfit detail, while 8-10 cm suits compact cake toppers.

The white-label program carries no minimum order — a partner may order a single figurine via the Partnership Workflow page.
