PrinYou products are personalized and made to order. Because production begins from your confirmed photo and options, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once production starts.

Before Production Starts
- If you need to update an order, contact us as soon as possible.
- Changes are only possible before production begins.
- Once production begins, the order is treated as a custom-made item.
What Usually Cannot Be Refunded
- Change of mind after production begins
- A later request that differs from the confirmed options
- Issues caused by unclear or low-quality reference photos after approval

How To Request Help

Approved Returns
- For approved returns caused by our error, we cover the return shipping or resend cost.
- For change-of-mind or customer-error returns approved before production starts, the customer covers return shipping.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- If a remake is approved, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund when that is the faster fix.
